Steven Gardner

Steven Gardner has 25 years demonstrated experience in Franchise Sales, Development, Brokerage and Real-Estate. Steven has represented numerous national concepts as outsourced Franchise Development Director and in some instances Real Estate Director of the brand . These engagements would include Chock Full O’ Nuts, Original Soupman , Energy Kitchen, 16Handles, Stewart’s All American among numerous others. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University. Quoted in numerous Franchise Business and Real Estate Magazines.He has sold numerous Area Developers in all of the major US Markets. In addition he has transacted hundreds of Franchise Agreements including an International Master Development Deal for 150 stores in 5 GCC Countries .

He has been directly involved in over 1000 transactions in his career. Currently engaged with affiliates as an outsourced Franchise and Business Development Director for multiple Regional/ National Retail Franchise Brands. Specialties include start up development programs, strategic brand consulting, marketing , public relations platforms and lead generation support as well as multi unit/ area development sales transactions. Anthony Leone

Anthony has an extensive background in Quick Service Restaurants. It has been his sole focus for the past 27 years.  Graduated  from Florida International University with a Hospitality Managment Degree. He began his career at Boston Market where he was hired as an Assistant Manager. 1 Year later he  became the youngest District Manager in the Company. After years of Success he decided to take matters into his own hands and develop Energy Kitchen. Combining his passions, health & fitness and QSR’s.

Anthony built Energy Kitchen to a multi state corporation employing over 250 people and growing the brand through corporate, franchising  and non-traditional locations.

Anthony is well versed in all aspects of QSR Mgmt including Franchise Development, Operations, Training, HR, Finance, Marketing, Construction etc... He loves working with start ups and implementing  systems that guide them to strategically grow and reach their fullest potential.

Lisa Oak

Lisa Oak is a franchise professional with a law degree and over 30 years’ experience.
 
For almost 3 decades, Lisa was a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the Subway® franchise organization and led its Franchise Development team as the Subway® brand grew from 700 sandwich shops in 3 countries to 44,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries. 
 
Now, through her company, Oak Advisory Services, LLC, Lisa advises and assists clients on their franchise and business growth.  Depending on a company’s needs, Lisa will create systems to maximize franchise development, real estate acquisition, and mergers and acquisitions.  Coaching founders and CEOs every step of the way as they create the team and foundation for long term success, Lisa will utilize her vast experience to promote sustained growth while avoiding many of the pitfalls many growing franchises encounter.

Keara Sauber

Keara has over a decade of experience in both the finance and healthcare industries. In 2015 she co-founded a nationally operated, specialty lender and business services firm headquartered in New York, NY which has successfully worked with over $500M since inception. Keara has experience in providing flexible solutions for each client that are specific to their unique market, facility, financial and strategic objectives.  Keara offers support and assistance to entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses through access to affordable capital and customer acquisition.

Collin Gaffney

Collin has been involved in franchise related businesses for over 45 years and has opened over 150 franchise locations across the country. Throughout his career he has trained over 900 franchise owners and their associates.   Collin’s specialties include the development of the pre-opening, operation and training manuals and creation of franchisee training programs.

Kim Lucey

Kim is a digital marketing strategist with over a decade of real-world experience helping franchisors generate brand exposure and franchisee leads.  Serving over 600 franchisor clients, she brings to the table insights and experience that short cut their journey, helping franchisors reach their end goal with efficiency and feasibility. Kim’s background includes successful tenures as the VP of two franchise lead generation firms.  She is an award winning professional, crafting innovative lead generation programs for over 200 franchise consultants in 2013.  Kim’s array of digital marketing services includes website development, SEO, corporate LinkedIn marketing, Social Media management, PPC and Facebook advertising.  To streamline the lead generation process, Kim combines creative strategy and sales automation, providing not only brand awareness but a quantifiable ROI on a franchisor’s marketing investment.

Anthony Leone

Anthony served as the District Manager for Boston Market and Ranch for over eight years and was inspired to create Energy Kitchen after being the general manager of a full service restaurant. Anthony went on to become the founder and President of the company which he built to be a multi- state franchised chain. After Energy Kitchen Anthony became COO of a restaurant chain which included 4 different brands and 50 restaurants in sixteen different states.

Anthony’s specialties include back of house systems, inventory and food cost analysis, and operations review. The inspiration behind the creation of QSR stems from Anthony's extensive industry experience and unyielding desire to help emerging companies grow to successful franchised brands. Anthony has been featured on several media outlets both local and national including NBC, Restaurant News, and Fox.

Tami Hillier

Tami has been in franchise sales and development for 15 years and has done hundreds of new deals domestically and internationally.  Her focus has been on Multi Unit and Area Development deals and she has been responsible for both the structuring of those deals and the selling of them for multiple franchise concepts.  For the past 10 years, she has specialized in QSR resales with EatZ & Associates and produces annual sales of 4-5M in business sales.  Her areas of expertise are business valuation, marketing of existing units and negotiation of the deal for both individuals and Franchisors with corporate locations or resale units.

Lesley Hawks

With over twenty years of franchise development experience, across start up and major brands, lesley is a US west coast specialist plus has major international development experience. Skills include development strategy, franchise marketing and direct sales she also holds a Ca retail brokers license. T-Mobile, Remax, Wetzels, Sky Zone and the UPS store are just some of the companies represented.
